NBYXE Social and Performance by Emily Promise Allison
March 10, 7 pm
AKA/PAVED Event Space
424 20th Street West, Saskatoon

Please join us March 10th for an informal exchange of ideas with Guest Curator Wayne Baerwaldt and the NBYXE Board of Directors to inform the next edition of Nuit Blanche Saskatoon. From 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the AKA/PAVED Event Space enjoy food and refreshments, and a surprise performance by Calgary-based artist Emily Promise Allison.

NBYXE 2016 will encompass a wide range of creative approaches to food subjects and interests, engaging diverse Saskatchewan communities, individuals and organizations and artist interpretations or interventions in the modern industrial food chain. The event aims to foster a participatory, inclusive ‘spectacle’ collaboratively recontextualizing public spaces and enabling awe-inspiring and thoughtful experiences. If you are interested in participating in NBYXE as an individual, artist or volunteer, Expressions of Interest are due: March 27, 2016. Please include 1 page of information with your bio and statement of interest, as well as 1-5 jpegs (if applicable). Expressions of Interest should be emailed as a single pdf to programming@nuitblanchesaskatoon.ca by March 27, 12 am CST.

This event is generously sponsored by Black Bridge Brewery.

Nuit Blanche Saskatoon is a non-profit cultural organization and is generously supported by the City of Saskatoon, SaskLotteries, SaskCulture, and the Saskatchewan Arts Board. Additional support is gratefully provided by Makeroom Design Shop, and our many Nuit Blanche Saskatoon volunteers, sponsors, and anonymous donors.
